Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to analyze metrics such as RGNs, bad debt, cash variances, and store billings. The role involves presenting actionable insights to field leadership and collaborating with Loss Prevention and Operations teams to identify opportunities and develop resolution plans.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of analytical experience and strong Excel skills, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an office

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; High School Diploma required.
• At least five years of relevant analytical work experience; proficient in computer skills, especially Excel.
• Office environment familiarity and ability to work with field teams.

Mansioni

• Review store operations databases to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items per company policies.
• Partner with field teams to assess aged RGNs and discrepancies with weekly updates.
• Review AR bad debt trends and assist with core account management and collections.
• Review Pcard activity for compliance and identify anomalies for Loss Prevention.
• Review cash handling metrics and identify issues with deposits and COD collections.
