Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to review and analyze a range of metrics affecting store performance, including RGNs, Core Accounts, bad debt and cash variances. The role collaborates with Loss Prevention and Operations to identify opportunities and develop resolution plans across our auto parts network.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), at least five years of analytical work, and strong Excel skills to drive data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze metrics including RGNs, Core Accounts, Bad Debt, Store Billings, Cycle Counts, Pcard usage and Cash variances.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations per company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with field teams to assess RGN aging and provide weekly updates on resolutions and credit flow.
• Review AR bad debt data to aid collections and root cause analysis for Core Accounts.
• Review Company Pcard activity to ensure field compliance and identify anomalies for Loss Prevention.
