Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to analyze metrics such as RGNs, Core Accounts, bad debt, store billings, cycle counts, Pcard usage, and cash variances. The role includes presenting actionable insights to field leadership and collaborating with Loss Prevention and Operations teams to identify opportunities and develop resolution plans.

The ideal candidate has five years of analytical experience and strong Excel skills, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience and High School Diploma required.
• At least five years of relevant analytical work experience; Proficient in Excel.
• Office working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review all store operations databases to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items as per company policies and procedures.
• Partner with field teams to assess aged and ageing RGN trends; investigate causes of RGN discrepancies and provide weekly updates on resolved and outstanding issues.
• Review data and trend analysis of AR accounts listed as bad debt to aid field teams in collection and root cause analysis including Core Account management.
• Review Company Pcard activity to ensure compliance in the field with reconciliation at the store level and identify anomalies for Loss Prevention review.
• Review cash handling metrics to identify procedural issues with store deposits, COD collections, and daily over/short activity.
