Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience is required.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to store guidelines
• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates as needed
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and maintains store coverage
