Job summary

• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates.
• Exhibits discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers.
• Maintains Associate coverage in service areas for a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned
