Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor at TJ Maxx Store 0239 in Saint Louis Park, MN. You will lead front-of-store Associates, promote a positive customer experience, and model outstanding service while supporting loyalty programs and store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail, with 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to train others on front-end principles.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example at the front of the store.
• Oversees Associates, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized store while meeting store goals.
