Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to associates
• Maintains accurate associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures associates adhere to all operational procedures
• Communicates priorities and progress updates with management and associates
• Promotes and participates in shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Supports and participates in credit and loyalty programs
• Other duties as assigned
