Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Office Supervisor in training and coaching store office staff and scheduling.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team.
• Reconcile cash and checks in drawer at end of shift.
• Prepare daily deposits and secure cash bags for deposit.
• Balance daily transactions and open/close reports.
• Process sales orders, payments, gift certificates, credits, and deliveries.
• Respond to customers to resolve delivery/service questions.
