Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or office settings.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail, customer service, or office administration experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day Store Office operations to ensure customer service and operational excellence.
• Onboard, train, coach, and develop Store Office Associates.
• Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create and manage employee schedules for appropriate staffing.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and store leadership to support goals.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns related to deliveries, service issues, or orders.
• Provide timely communication to customers, vendors, and internal partners.
