Jordan's Furniture is seeking a Store Office Supervisor to lead the Store Office team, oversee daily operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of retail, customer service, office administration, or related experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer and phone system skills with the ability to learn new systems and applications
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Store Office team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Onboard, train, coach, and develop Store Office Associates
• Conduct performance discussions, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development and career growth
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and business coverage
• Foster a positive, engaged, and customer-focused team culture
• Serve as a role model for company values, professionalism, and customer service standards
• Process and reconcile office transactions and cash handling, and monitor daily office activities
