Jordan’s Furniture seeks a retail office professional to balance face-to-face customer service with office duties in a high-volume store. You will assist with sales orders, payment transactions, delivery setup, and handle phone triage while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The role involves nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on multitasking and strong math and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsabilités

• Interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner, creating raving fans!
• Assisting sales consultants with finalizing sales orders including payment transactions, delivery set up, etc.
• Triaging incoming phone calls
• Contacting customers to resolve delivery and service issues. Interacting with various departments to assist in resolving any issues
• Reconciling cash drawer at the end of a shift

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour
