Ben Bridge Jeweler’s Timeworks store in Downtown Portland is seeking a full-time Store Office Support Coordinator. The SOSC will manage repair intake, determine which repairs stay in-store or go to vendors, and provide status updates to customers and staff.

The role includes invoice reconciliation, reporting, and supporting store operations. The position emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and experience with luxury sales environments.

Qualificações

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to retain composure and flexibility while under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
