Ben Bridge Jeweler in Downtown Portland is seeking a full-time Store Office Support Coordinator to join our team. This role handles repair intake, coordinates between customers, managers and vendors, and tracks progress from intake to delivery.

The SOSC provides invoicing, reporting, and maintains filing, POS transactions, and customer service while supporting sales professionals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle proper customer-facing repair intake for jewelry and watch repairs.
• Deliver customer repairs and collect payment.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction within 10 days after pickup.
• Manage daily check-in and processing of inbound jobs.
• Provide Rolex job status and service confirmations to customers.
