Responsibilities

• Handle proper customer-facing repair intake for watch and jewelry repairs.
• Deliver customer repairs and collect payment.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction within 10 days.
• Daily check-in and processing of inbound jobs.
• Rolex repairs tracking in-store and at factory.
• Provide status updates to customers and staff.
• Prepare estimates and invoices for repair jobs.
• Operate POS system to take payment or authorize credit.
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry.
• Manage multiple inboxes in Outlook.
• Communicate service delays to customers and staff.
