Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler's Timeworks store in Ala Moana is seeking a full-time Store Office Service Coordinator to join our team. The SOSC maintains repair flow, communicates status to customers and partners, and handles invoices and reporting.

This hourly position offers scheduling with the store manager and opportunities to grow within luxury jewelry service. Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, plus experience in fine jewelry or luxury sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to retain composure and flexibility under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Handle proper customer-facing repair intake for watches and jewelry.
• Deliver customer repairs and collect payment when due.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction within 10 days of pickup.
• Daily check-in and processing of inbound jobs.
