Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler, Inc.– Timeworks store in Downtown Portland is seeking a full-time Store Office Support Coordinator. The SOSC will manage the flow of all repairs, intake, progress updates, and invoicing, coordinating with managers and vendors to determine in-store or external repairs.

This hourly role involves POS use, customer communication, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and organizational skills, jewelry/watch sales experience, or luxury sales background, and

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to retain composure and flexibility while under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Handle proper customer-facing repair intake for watch and jewelry repairs.
• Process repairs, collect payments, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide status updates to customers, staff, and management throughout repairs.
• Manage invoice reconciliation and create service estimates/invoices for repairs.
• Operate POS system to take payments or credit authorization.
• Greet customers and provide excellent experience while they wait for a Sales Professional.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and merchandise receiving/shipping.
• May hold Key-holder responsibilities including opening/closing the store and responding to alarms.
• Support teammates to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
