Ben Bridge Jeweler Inc. is seeking a Store Office Service Coordinator at our Timeworks store in Ala Moana, Honolulu. The SOSC will manage repair intake, determine in-store vs vendor repairs, and provide status updates to customers and staff.

You will also handle invoicing, reporting, and communication from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and organizational skills and experience in fine jewelry or luxury sales, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to retain composure and flexibility while under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Responsabilités

• Responsible for proper customer facing repair intake for both watch and jewelry repairs.
• Deliver customer repairs and collect payment.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction within 10 days after pick-up.
• Daily check-in and processing of all customer inbound jobs.
• Track Rolex job status for in-store and factory repairs.
• Provide job status and service confirmations to customers.
• Provide all pending job estimates to customers and follow-up as needed.
• Invoice reconciliation for services, spare parts, and tooling.
• Create service estimates and service invoices for all repair jobs processed through store.
• Communicate delays to store associates and customers.
• Manage multiple inboxes via Outlook.
• Provide status on pending or in-process jobs for sales associates and store managers.
• Handle incoming/outgoing jewelry and watch repairs from intake to delivery.
• Operate POS system to take payment or authorize credit.
• Inspect and clean customers’ jewelry.
• Maintain knowledge of organization, job flow, and turnaround expectations.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Perform general administrative tasks as directed by management.
• Answer phones and greet customers awaiting a Sales Professional.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and security.
• Support inventory reconciliation and transfers.
• Assist customers at register with repair pickup and payment lookup.
• May hold Key-holder responsibilities for opening/closing the store.
