Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and route repair intake for watches and jewelry.
• Deliver repairs and collect payment when appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction within 10 days.
• Daily check-in and processing of customer inbound jobs.
• Invoice reconciliation for services, parts, and tooling.
• Create service estimates and invoices for repairs.
• Operate POS and process payments; assist with register.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising.
