Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to back the store management team and grow a sales and service culture. You will lead service, merchandising, and front-end operations, driving KPIs while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail supervision, strong people skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory software. Expect a varied schedule including evenings and weekends in a dynamic wine and beverages environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
