Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Supervisor to assist management, oversee store operations, and lead the service team in delivering best-in-class experiences. You will train staff, support merchandising and front-end operations, and drive sales while maintaining safety and compliance with alcohol regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a supervisory retail role, strong interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture.
• Ensure adherence to laws and safety standards in the sale of alcohol.
• Resolve customer issues and provide outstanding service.
• Assist management in achieving KPIs and store objectives.
