Total Wine & More is hiring a Supervisor to support store operations, train staff, and foster a sales-focused, service-driven culture. You will guide front-end operations, coach peers, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires the ability to work evenings/weekends, 21+ with physical stamina, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems. Competitive PTO and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
