Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member to oversee stock receiving, displays, and daily operations. You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise associates, and ensure customer service excellence while driving sales and upholding corporate standards.

The role supports onboarding and training, with a focus on merchandising, promotions, and inventory integrity to deliver a WOW store experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
College experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Creative thinking.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per corporate guidelines.
Operates opening/closing procedures including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and provide excellent customer service.
Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
Executes market plan with product placement and signage per guidelines; ensures Inventory Integrity.
