Responsabilités

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up displays and signage; follows corporate guidelines for updates.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales, controls expenses, and aligns merchandising with plans.
• Executes market plan and ensures promotional materials are current.
