Five Below is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage stock, merchandising, and promotions while upholding company policies and brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on driving sales and operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays with accurate signage and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing the store, securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of associates, ensures performance and service quality.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by merchandising and staff performance optimization.
• Executes market plan with signage and promotional updates as per guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
