Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager who will supervise receiving, stock placement, and display setup. The role leads store operations, cutting-edge promotions, and manager-on-duty coverage to ensure smooth daily performance.

You will coach associates, drive sales, and maintain high service standards while executing corporate merchandising guidelines and inventory integrity practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Manages store displays, signage accuracy and promotions per resets.
• Owns opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms and daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff and customer service.
• Monitors daily activities of associates and ensures service excellence.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plans with proper product placement and signage updates.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
