Five Below is seeking a store leadership associate to oversee stock receiving, merchandising and daily operations in an on-site role in the United States. You will manage displays, promotions, and customer service while supporting opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

The position requires multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to lead when needed. You will help onboard and train team members, drive sales, and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and inventory integrity.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Creative thinking to support displays and promotions.

Mansioni

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays with accurate signage and promotions.
• Operates store opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
