Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted per corporate guidelines.
• Manages the opening or closing of the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines and inventory integrity processes.
