Job summary

Five Below seeks a capable store leader to supervise receiving, stocking, and display setup while ensuring promotions are accurately reflected on the floor. You will open or close the store, secure cash, and act as Manager on Duty, guiding staff and handling urgent issues with a strong customer focus.

You will also train new associates, oversee daily tasks, boost sales through merchandising excellence, and uphold inventory integrity per corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per guidelines.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, doors, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and supports training and onboarding.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
