Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring promotions follow corporate guidelines. You will lead staff, safeguard store assets, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing cash, supervising associates, onboarding new hires, and driving sales while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for rapid placement on the sales floor.
• Manages displays and signage, highlights promotions following corporate guidelines.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising operations, staff, and customer service.
• Leads onboarding and training of associates to improve policy and product knowledge.
