Five Below Inc. is hiring for an on-site Store Manager in the United States. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, opening/closing, and staff supervision to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with 2+ years of management experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays, ensuring accurate signage and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supervises daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and signage.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
