Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensures signage and promotions follow guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan and inventory processes per corporate guidelines.
