Five Below is seeking an energetic store leadership candidate to oversee day-to-day operations, manage merchandise flow, and ensure excellent customer service. This hourly role includes opening/closing responsibilities, supervising associates, and executing corporate merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Maintains displays and signage per corporate guidelines; updates seasonal promotions and resets.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
