Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages displays and signage per corporate guidelines, including resets and seasonal updates.
• Handles opening/closing the store: cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and signage per guidelines.
