Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee receiving, displays, and daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensures accurate signage and promotions per guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures: cash, doors, alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and customer service issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
