Job summary

Five Below seeks an experienced store leader to manage daily operations, open/close duties, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee stock, merchandising, and promotions while coaching associates, implementing corporate guidelines, and driving sales. This role requires at least two years of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for rapid placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and signage, and ensures Inventory Integrity processes.
