Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and implement corporate signage and promotions.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position with daytime to evening shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff/customer issues.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and improves customer service.
• Executes the market plan with compliant product placement and updated signage.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
