Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties: cash, doors, alarms, daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required, supervising operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plans with correct product placement and signage; maintains Inventory Integrity processes.
