Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including stock receiving, displays, and cash handling. You will lead store associates, train new team members, and ensure excellent customer service while executing corporate promotions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of management experience. The role supports a flexible schedule with on-site duties and opportunity for growth within Five Below.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience preferred.
• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages displays and signage per corporate guidelines and seasonal updates.
• Leads store opening/closing, secures cash, and maintains daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, directing store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes the market plan with proper product placement and promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
