Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, safeguard assets, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise associates, manage displays, and implement promotional plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, stock placement, sign accuracy, and process execution for inventory integrity across the store, with occasional travel and a flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per corporate resets.
• Handles opening/closing store operations, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, ensures daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Monitors daily activities of associates and supports onboarding and training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines and inventory integrity.
