Job summary

• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling, securing premises, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service improvements.
• Executes the market plan with signage and product placement per guidelines and inventory integrity.
