Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotional updates.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, including cash security, door checks, and alarm setups.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
