Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member to oversee daily operations, from stock receiving to customer service excellence. You will lead associates, manage opening/closing duties, set up displays, and ensure promotions and signage align with corporate standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains displays with accurate signage and promotions following guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing store, securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plans and signage according to corporate guidelines and Inventory Integrity process.
