Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays with accurate signage and promotions.
• Opens or closes the store; secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
