Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations at the Pitt-Waterfront location in PA.

You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store and strong sales performance. Lead a team with focus on workload planning, stock accuracy, and compliant execution of promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and merchandising standards.
• Experience with truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee In-Stock Optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and price changes; oversee Ship from Store activities.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving; manage shrink reduction.
