Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Oversee truck execution and inventory routines to drive accurate replenishment and in-store availability.
• Lead planogram execution and establish visual merchandising standards across departments.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Manage pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and Ship from Store processes.
