• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, packing, sorting, and shelf replenishment for sales floor.
• Own workload planning and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization to maintain in-stock levels and correct replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure sets are completed on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, product integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute price changes accurately and ensure pricing integrity across systems.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
• Manage shrink reduction through asset protection practices and proper reporting.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
