Job summary

You will ensure pricing accuracy, timely promos, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, team coaching, truck execution, and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in managing store operations and executing SOPs.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Lead truck unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Plan workload and staffing to meet business needs.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store and backroom.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and in-stock levels.
• Execute ad sets, pricing updates, and promotions.
• Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members through training.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction efforts.
