Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Temple, PA store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to create a customer-ready environment.

Lead truck execution, in-stock optimization, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while planning workload and staffing with store leadership. You will train and coach team members and uphold asset protection and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes; unload, sort, and flow merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and presentation to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time; maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
