• 3+ years retail leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and store readiness.
• Oversee truck, in-stock, and replenishment processes for sales floor readiness.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and service standards.
• Support Ship from Store, RTVs/ASNs, and inventory adjustments.
• Lead workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
