The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, supervising Store-On-Duty coverage, and optimizing in-stock levels while coaching team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong inventory and pricing management abilities.
• Experience executing planograms and visual standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Lead truck execution and backroom organization for efficient flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy to drive sales readiness.
• Ensure accurate price changes and promotional signage for customer focus.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
